What happens if I fail an online course?

You can retake a course as many times as needed in order to get a passing score. Retakes are completely free of charge. You aren’t penalized in any way for failing a course and failed course results will not be submitted to the state. Be sure to allow adequate time to successfully complete your course, as you must pass it prior to any state state licensing deadlines. If you aren’t sure when your state deadline is, check with your State’s Plumbing Board.
